Title: Quiver Yangian from Crystal Melting
Abstract: The BPS counting of type IIA string theory on non-compact toric Calabi-Yau
threefolds can be described by crystal melting. I will explain how to construct the BPS algebras for these theories by a “bootstrap” method, where
one solves for the algebra by demanding that it acts on the corresponding
BPS crystal appropriately. The resulting algebras are quiver Yangians Y(Q,W)
that are associated with the quiver and the superpotential of the theory.
Based on joint work with M. Yamazaki (arxiv: 2003.08909).
